Returns & Exchanges

At Boone Titanium Rings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry. If your ring isn't a perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the ring in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number written clearly on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our studio address; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the ring.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the ring for its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
